Solo pizza Steel
The Solo Steel
The Solo Steel is designed for focused, everyday pizza cooking, delivering serious performance without the mass or space commitment of a larger steel.
At 6mm thick and 12" square (300mm x 300mm), it heats up faster than the Party Steel while still providing the direct, conductive heat needed for crisp bases and good oven spring. It’s ideal for cooking one pizza at a time and for ovens where space or preheat time matters.
This is the steel for weeknight pizzas, smaller households, and cooks who want excellent results without dedicating half the oven to steel.
Why it works
Fast Heat-Up, Direct Response
The reduced thickness allows the Solo Steel to reach cooking temperature more quickly, making it practical for regular use while still outperforming stones and trays.
Heavy-Duty Carbon Steel
Made from low-carbon carbon steel chosen for its durability, heat transfer, and suitability for seasoning.
Properly Seasoned
Finished with the same proprietary seasoning as the Party Steel, providing corrosion protection and natural non-stick performance from day one. No coatings, no flaking, and no special maintenance routines.
Sized for One Perfect Pizza
The 12″ (300mm x 300mm) square surface is designed specifically for single pizzas, fitting comfortably in compact or built-under ovens while remaining versatile enough for bread and tray bakes.
